Live in nanny wont vacate home- police involved, 1 arrest, HELP?

had to fire live in nanny friday because 1.) she was getting wasted drink at night and would then 2. threaten to commit suicide then 3. refused to obey my rule to not have her boyfriend with her 24/7 even including work hours, then 4. had her boyfriend try to break down the door to the main part of the house trying to hurt me then 5. after police came was told she cold stay until i could evict her tuesday??? then 6. snuck her boyfriend in again who i thankfully had arrested today for an outstanding warrant. and she still wont vacate the house. i have had to send me 3 children to relatives because it is unsafe here. HOW CAN THIS BE ALLOWED AND LRGAL PLEASE HELP! i have turned off the router so no internet connection and removed the cable access for the house. I also took the mattress of the futon in her area (i supplied the bed) in hopes shed leave and no luck she has somewhere to go i called her emergency contact and her aunty said she was welcome there. STUCK MOM IN NJ NEEDS HELP
