Where can I find a heavy duty futon frame with or without mattress?

I am looking for a futon that will hold the weight of visitors in the dorm room. I'm guessing I'll need like a 500 pound weight capacity or so. It also needs to be sturdy when switching from sitting/sleeping modes. Thanks to all in advance!
