When did you start on your baby's nursery?!?

I am 28 weeks and 3 days pregnant, and feeling very restless..We havent lived in our new house very long, and our sons nursery is yet to be touched. It has some odds and ends in it that we didnt know where to put, like an extra futon and some boxes of junk..We desperately need to clean the room out and get his crib up and decorate!! Im feeling pressure at this point to get started, I want it to be done asap. But hubby has been working alot lately, and I cant lift on the boxes or move the futon on my own..How far along were you when you started on your babys nursery? Oh, and for fun, what are you decorating/ did you decorate your babys room in?:)
