Pregnancy related backaches?

I've been getting pains in the middle-left area of my back, and only really that area in the past few months. I'm 21 weeks and I have a feeling it's pregnancy related, but it could also be from sleeping on my boyfriends shitty futon. Anyone else experience these, if so I need help getting rid of it, it's causing me great discomfort.
