I'm overwhelmed by my small room?

Can you give me advice on how to reorganize my very small bedroom? I have a desk, twin bed, tiny closet, and dresser in there, which leave me with just a tiny bit of floor space and no space for products, makeup, etc. Any advice on moving out furniture, storing things, etc. would be appreciated. Should I get a futon? I've always wanted one anyways :)
