Will Governor Jerry Brown tax millions of residents out of California?

He is extending the tax increases that were put into effect by Arnold and that is only the state sales tax going to 9.6% and the auto registration fees. Thats all he has done. He has stopped the building of a new death row at Quentin and he decided not to hold a special election. Both of those would have cost a few million.
